We invite all awarded consortia from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) Open Calls to join the Update & Shine – Net4VET Challenge 2025 – an exclusive opportunity to showcase results, inspire the VET community across the Western Balkans and gain international visibility.
What we’re looking for
Update your Net4VET profile – especially the “We are great at…” section, and share your most impactful success stories in one of the areas:
- Digitalisation & AI – applying digital tools, AI-based solutions, and e-learning platforms.
- Green Skills – advancing sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental awareness.
- Innovative WBL – forward-thinking dual/work-based learning partnerships with industry, including the implementation of eligibility criteria related to green transition, digitalisation, gender equality and social inclusion.
Why participate
- Twelve projects will be awarded. Each awarded consortium may send two representatives to the RCF Annual Regional Conference in Budva – travel, accommodation and participation fully covered.
- Present your work at the RCF Awarded Projects Marketplace.
- Compete for special recognition: Digital Excellence Award, Green Skills Champion, Innovative WBL Model.
- Gain stronger visibility with donors, stakeholders, industry and peers.
The Annual Regional Conference “Smart Balkans: Shaping Skills for a Sustainable, Competitive Future – Navigating VET in a Digital and AI World” is the flagship RCF platform convening policymakers, VET institutions, enterprises and international partners to drive actionable alignment on dual education, digital and AI integration and sustainable skills. The 2025 edition will be held in Budva, Montenegro and online on October 9.

- Eligibility: Awarded consortia from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd RCF Open Calls.
Even if your Net4VET profile is already fully updated, you can still participate by completing the application.

- Update & enrich your content, focusing on concrete practices, results and evidence.
- Apply by 14 September 2025.
