Vlora Lab For Skilled Employers (VL4SE)

Consortium aims to provide quality vocational education for young people and adults and to strengthen the links between learning and work. The proposed project offers its on-the-job training, through internships and internships near the business, facilitating their transition from the vocational education market to the labor market. This model combined with the professional career guidance system at the Vocational Education Centers guarantees quality and effective vocational education system through helix system types. The Regional Directorate of Public Vocational Training Vlora will implement this model invited 4 companies, from which 2 in the hospitality sector, one in the engineering sector, and one private training provider center.
