The construction of additional infrastructure capacity in the VTI, but also the supply of newly built cabinets with the necessary IT equipment, machines, tools, software packages. Another group of activities foreseen to professionally train the consortium members in the field of CNC technologies and the pedagogical skills.
Since its establishment, focused on production, creating personnel for manufacturing and further education. Opened on September 1, 1945, as the State Vocational School for Industry and Crafts. Since 1948, it has been called the Vocational School for Students in Industry. In 2002, it was named the Technical School. At that time, five new classrooms were added, and the school began intensive modernization with contemporary equipment. We have a mechatronics lab, the best-equipped one in BiH.
Some of the professions we educate for are: mechatronics technician, robotics technician, information technology technician, CNC technicians, auto mechanics, welder-blacksmith, CNC operaters and others. The result of understanding the necessity of dual education is that today, 157 students attend practical classes in 48 business entities.
