This project aims to enhance practical education quality and establish a high-standard cooperative training (CT) program in security services. In collaboration with partner companies, we will implement a work-based learning approach, providing 40 hours of hands-on training under the mentorship of in-company trainers. This cooperation ensures that our curricula are aligned with industry needs and that trainees gain practical skills in real working environments.
Through this initiative, Police Academy teachers will receive specialized training from industry professionals to stay updated with technological advancements, while in-company trainers will enhance their pedagogical skills. Practical training will be significantly improved with modern equipment, including advanced security systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, fire protection), vehicle for simulation transportation training, and drone operation training. Additionally, the training ground will be covered to ensure optimal conditions for practical exercises in all weather conditions.
The project strengthens ties between education and the labor market, addressing the growing demand for well-trained, licensed security professionals. By integrating innovative training methods and expanding work-based learning opportunities, we aim to increase employability and enhance security education.
