Knowledge and Skills for the 21 Century

One hundred per cent of our students in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as woodworking, study according to the dual model and achieve learning through work in partner companies. In the educational process, we have been using the Learning Management System for over ten years to publish original multimedia and interactive content, which is useful in blended learning. Recently, we have also been using AI-based platforms to support on-site interactive classes, with student engagement via mobile devices. From the 2024/25 school year, we are developing the idea of ​​applying STEAM in multidisciplinary student projects and in the creative work of student teams in the makerspace. Although all our professional educational profiles are considered traditionally “masculine”, we continuously promote equal opportunities in the modern industry for girls and regularly participate in European initiatives such as the Girls Go Circular. We are partially successful in these efforts – we enrol several girls in VET classes every year.
