The main focus of investment is the energy rehabilitation of the school training facility, which spreads over 1100 square meters. Investment is also planned for new equipment (welding curtains, worktables, bonding parts by soft and hard soldering and gluing, e.g. glue guns, manual applicators, glues), and the repair of the robotic welding trainer. Introducing curricular innovation to the existing educational profile of locksmith-welder and to establishing short-term training for formally recognized competencies.
Secondary school “Knez Aleksandar Karađorđević” has a rich and long history in vocational education. In 2024. the school celebrated its 170th anniversary. Since its beginnings, the School was responding to the demands of the local economy and had a strong impact on economic development. Currently, students are thought in 15 educational profiles divided into 5 fields of work. A large part of our educational activities is nonformal education through Center for Continuing Adult Education.

AMM Manufacturing, with top quality products, aims to be a world-renowned company in the field of production of rail vehicles (train and tram bodies).
Long-term relations with high schools in dual education and informal education area, as well as cooperation with universities in Serbia are the most important pillar of AMM Manufacturing.

The contribution of the UNIOR COMPONENTS to the consortium will consist in providing space, equipment, raw materials, and trainers for the implementation of training in the profession of locksmith-welder.
Personnel is provided in cooperation with institutions for vocational education, and mostly in cooperation with the Secondary School “Knez Alekasndar Karađorđević” in Kragujevac, whose students do internships in the production facilities of the company UNIOR COMPONENTS
