The proposed project brings certain benefits on all three grounds recognized in the context of cooperative education, namely in relation to students, companies that are partners in the project and the educational institution itself as the project holder. The funds provided by the project are primarily intended for the procurement of space equipment for training and education of students, as well as for the training of teachers and mentors in companies under the program.
Cooperative program 1 includes the purchase and equipping of a gastronomic center with 10 mobile kitchens with accompanying large and small inventory according to the model of modern gastronomic academies. This will greatly improve the training conditions for chefs in line with leading trends. Procurement of IT equipment is also planned in order to enable the realization of video conferences, cooperation with foreign institutions and students. This will contribute to the connection and cooperation between students and the world economy, despite the spatial distance. According to the cooperative program 2, the procurement of equipment for the simulation of reception and hotel business processes is planned. This includes the purchase of a reception desk with a shelf for storing keys and personal documents and a boss. Procurement of software for the reception business. Equipping the lobby space. Procurement of conference furniture and accompanying IT equipment. In this way, in the simulation of real conditions, students will have the opportunity to improve on specific tools of the hotel business. Cooperative program 3 includes the procurement of equipment for equipping the cabinet of textile engineering. Procurement of equipment for quality control and composition of textiles, equipment for the production of parts of clothing in the production of prototypes is planned. Textile is an important segment of both gastronomy and tourism, so the purchase of this type of equipment gives students the opportunity to develop creativity and manipulate the quality of fabrics according with market needs. For teachers and mentors in all three cooperative programs, training is planned both on the basis of pedagogical work with students and related to the technical and technological aspects of the equipment that is the subject of procurement and on which students work in a real business environment
