This initiative aims to strengthen the infrastructure, equipment, and pedagogical resources for practical training in metal processing occupations at the Technical School Banja Luka, aligning vocational education with labor market demands and modern technological standards.

– Modernization of school workshops for CT1 (Operator of Modern Technologies), CT2 (Installer), and CT3 (Welder/Locksmith)
– Acquisition of advanced equipment (CNC, laser, plasma, welding stations)
– Strengthening dual education partnerships with local enterprises
– Training of mentors and instructors in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
