RCF Investments and Their Impact on Shehu Academy 1. Expansion of Training Programs RCF investments have enabled the expansion of training programs at Shehu Academy. The funds have supported the introduction of specialized courses such as CNC machine operation and programming, as well as advanced wood processing techniques, meeting the growing demands of the market. 2. Infrastructure and Equipment Upgrades One of the most significant investments from the RCF has been the funding of the new school building, which provides modern facilities equipped according to contemporary standards for professional training. Additionally, the funds have been used to secure state-of-the-art machinery and safety equipment, creating optimal conditions for both learning and hands-on practice.

Shehu Academy has extensive experience in professional training in the field of woodworking, with a particular focus on the use of modern technologies such as CNC machines and advanced techniques for processing solid wood. Through accredited programs since 2020, we have trained over 300 candidates in key profiles such as woodworking introduction, workplace safety, CNC machine operation and programming, as well as specialized techniques in painting and wood processing. Our expertise includes: Developing practical modules that align with labor market needs. Digitalizing training processes by using advanced equipment and software in the woodworking industry. Preparing certified professionals who are ready for both local and international job markets.
