Design and manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCB) Hardware and software revitalization of electronic circuits

Project details

The project that we are applying for within the RCF aims to enable students to perform tasks related to the manufacture of electronic devices through the implementation of CT programs. Students of School of Electrical Engineering “Mija Stanimirović” on the educational profile Telecommunications Technician will be trained (but the program will also be available to students of “Bora Stanković” Grammar School with special computer skills). Companies DMV and Qadel will participate in the program as business partners by making their human and material resources available to project activities. The program was created out of the common interest of schools and companies:
Schools:
– Improving the quality of practical education, modernization of teaching “learning through work” will lead to better student motivation and more efficient adoption of practical skills by which they will be accepted
and hired by employers and be more competitive in the labor market,
– Strengthening the subject competencies of teachers and the adoption of innovations in work.
– Better networking and collaboration with partner schools and companies.
Companies:
– By introducing such programs, companies will increase productivity, improve innovation and competitiveness on the market.
– It will help companies to have a better insight and impact to the competence and quality of their staff and support more realistic planning of labor availability.
– It will reduce the costs of training for the new employees.
– By improving the competencies of teachers that work with students, this would also contribute to the development of the human resources potential of companies.
– A lot of innovative and modern ideas and practical solutions that young people would bring will also improve the efficiency and productivity of the companies.
The program would include educational activities of training students to work in, and be familiar with the technological / production process, which is roughly divided into two phases:
The first phase – Design and manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCB)
The design of printed circuit boards would be done through the relevant software applications, after which they would be made on the line for the production of printed circuit boards.
Second phase – Hardware and software revitalization of electronic circuits.
The program will last for two years, following the goals and outcomes of the professional subject of practical classes in the first and second grade.
