The objective of the project is to increase the labour
market relevance and practical orientation of
vocational education and training in the Western
Balkans, specifically by promoting cooperative
vocational training courses offered jointly by schools
and companies (Cooperative Training – CT).
The project shall work towards this objective by
providing specified financial and in-kind support to
partnerships between vocational trainings institutes
(VTIs) and enterprises through a Challenge Fund
approach.
NGMC launched in 2014 as Albania’s first Bologna-compliant vocational school for Aesthetics, Hairdressing, and Physical Care. It offers 2-year accredited programs (Advanced Aesthetics, Curative Massage, Hairdressing, Physiotherapy, Beauty Therapy) and short courses (3-6–9 months). Modern facilities, European-style teaching, international experts, and career services ensure top-tier practical training and accreditation (Ministry decision 9/17.02.2023; CIDESCO diploma accreditation 03.07.2023).
