In today’s rapidly evolving job market, students need more than just traditional education—they need hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools that match industry standards. A Look Inside My Future is a transformative project designed to equip students in medical, transport, and construction fields with the practical skills and digital competencies required to excel in their careers.

With this, Bogdanci Vocational Secondary School became the first school in North Macedonia to innovate how it delivers training through the integration of new virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technology into its three vocational programmes.

Key Investments & Innovations
🔹 Advanced IT Infrastructure – High-performance computers, printers, and software tailored for vocational training.
🔹 Immersive Learning with Virtual Reality (VR) – The Virtoscope EDU platform integrates VR and 3D modeling for medical education, allowing students to practice procedures in a lifelike environment before working with real patients.
🔹 Specialized Industry Software – Cutting-edge programs for freight forwarding, construction design, and logistics, ensuring students train with real-world tools used by businesses.
🔹 State-of-the-Art Medical Simulators & Equipment – High-fidelity models for endoscopy, gynecology, bronchoscopy, ultrasound, ECG, and emergency medical procedures, providing realistic and risk-free training for future healthcare professionals.
🔹 Professional Training & Capacity Building – Extensive teacher and in-company trainer programs, including international study visits and career guidance workshops, ensuring a strong bridge between education and industry.

The curriculum for each programme is more practice oriented both through the introduction of VR/AR into the teaching process and the work-based placements offered by the nine partnering organisations and enterprises. The introduction of VR/AR technology into the curriculum is expected to supplement and improve the practical skills for students so they are job ready. Additional investments are being made into advanced IT infrastructure to enable students to train on the latest technology.

This initiative is a collaboration between educators, businesses, and students, ensuring that vocational education aligns with real-world industry needs. By combining technology, hands-on practice, and career mentorship, A Look Inside My Future is shaping a skilled workforce ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
